Change Your Patterns, Change Your Life
Today in my stories I shared how to break out of habits and patterns that do not serve you. We must begin by becoming curious about ourselves, and keen observers of our internal world. Why do we what we do, why do we think what we do.
Our beliefs create our behaviors, our behaviors create our experiences and our experiences create our emotions. Our emotions and feelings produce more thoughts and beliefs about life and the cycle continues. This is why we become creatures of habit, and behaviors are passed down through the generations. Neurons that fire together wire together.
If you want to break the cycle you must become a master of your thoughts, your emotions, and physiology. You must create a new belief followed by a new behavior and emotional experience on repeat. This is how we retrain our brain and nervous system to play this game called life our way. If you want to live a life filled with emotions and experiences you love and enjoy, you must begin by going within.
