As women our ability to experience ecstasy and embodied orgasms is directly connected to our ability to let go. Our willingness to surrender control, open up, get out of our heads, into our bodies, and be fully present. The levels of pleasure and freedom we experience are directly connected to our ability to be and receive.

Ecstasy, bliss and fulfillment are not reserved for sex, yet what a beautiful and powerful metaphor for all of life it is.
