Inhale Life. Exhale Fear.

You expand your comfort zone every time you get out of your comfort zone.

Luke joined the mountain biking club at his school, and is just loving it. They go out on different trails every week and learn new skills.

He was so stoked to lead us on a family ride yesterday.

It definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. I prefer to walk in the woods and bike on the pavement, but I’m so glad I went for it.

The last time I did a legit trail was years ago and I took a big spill, so I knew it was time to create a new neural pathway.

I can always feel the expansion happening in my body and brain when I experience new things.

I challenge myself to move my body in new ways everyday.

Climbing over rocks and up and down hills took way more focus, strength and coordination my normal rides.

I still prefer the flat road-in biking and in life.

Yet my subconscious knows what I really want more is the growth that is found in challenging circumstances.

Here we are friends. Tomorrow is a big day. Today is big day. Everyday is a big day.

We must prepare our bodies and minds, for the expansion we’ve asked for.

I encourage you to get outside and let nature invigorate you today.

Exercise your body and mind.

The elements are healing.

Remove your masks.

Breath in the fresh air.

Exhale fear.
