Your libido is like your gas tank.

When it’s low, it will warn you.

It is saying “hey your are running on fumes!”

It is time to pull over refuel your tank.

If you don’t the car will suddenly stop for you.

When it’s high, it means your tank is full.

Your tapped in, in balance and connected to your heart, your body, and your spirit.

Your nervous system must be in parasympathetic mode to do what it was divinely created to do.

It’s not your age, your kids, your partners, or lack of’s fault.

It’s your job to fill your tank with the right type of fuel for your ride.
