Do less. Be more.

Snowed in again, no problem. 🤍

When your home is your favorite place to be, no quarantine, blizzard or new world order can stand in your way.

Your real home is not the roof over your head, or where you sleep.

Your truest home is your heart, your body, your spirit, and your closest relationships.

Rather than focusing on the externals, like I did for the first three decades of my life, I spend the majority my energy and intention making my internal home my most safe and beautiful space.

Doing less and being more.

It’s a much more fruitful posture, not to mention way more fun.

And as I do less, more actually gets done.

Our external world is always reflecting our internal one.

The Universe seems to be supporting this lifestyle for all of us as of late.

Don’t resist this process.

Slowing down, going inward physically and metaphorically.

Instead, trust it.
Lean into it.

When you love and honor yourself, when your connected, and in harmony on the inside, your relationships and circumstances will reflect that holy sacredness.

Seek first the kingdom of heaven (which is within you) and all these things will be added on to you.
