It’s a practice.

Yesterday we coached another couple through their “stuck.”

Through moving toward eachother rather than away when its hard.

Through allowing all of the emotions to be felt, fully expressed, witnessed and honored in a sacred container.

We walked them through what it looks like to create and hold the space for this process regularly.

There were fears and tears and ah ha’s, a softening and opening of both their hearts.

A new depth and vulnerability that had not been experienced in their many years together.

It is a practice. One that needs to be modeled, learned and repeated consistently.

One that has been a catalyst for our growth and intimacy as a couple and as a family.

They are full of hope and a fresh fire now.

That flame changes the game, and totally shifts the atmosphere of your day to day.

We are opening space to work with new clients both individually and in our groups starting in 2022.
