Creating Our World

On the way to school we spend our time speaking out affirmations and over ourselves, our family, our community, our tribe and our lives. 

Yesterday when I picked them up, all three started sharing how so many of the very specific things they declared in the morning had already come to pass!

They were so excited! Although this is nothing new, it’s always so incredible to experience.

My phone calls with my coach, clients and girlfriends often sound very similar.

When we recognize how powerful we are, and how our thoughts, beliefs and words really do create our worlds-we will begin to think, speak and behave very differently.

We will live with greater awareness, greater intentionality, greater presence, greater faith.
