I love this quote because it has been my experience. My whole life I was taught to “walk in the spirit” but I was never taught meditation, self awareness, or about the mind body spirit connection until I studied yoga. Through learning these principles I understand and experience life in the spirit like never before.

Connecting to the Divine, to your spirit, does not look like going outside yourself, it looks like going within yourself.
